This Privacy Policy explains how Vibbe ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our platform.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, password hash, language and timezone preferences.
• Workspace content: brand kits, posts, media, recipes, schedules, and comments you create or upload.
• Connected accounts: OAuth tokens and metadata required to publish to your social accounts.
• Usage data: logs, device info, and feature interactions used for security and product improvement.
• Billing data: processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

2. How we use your data

To operate the service, generate AI content on your behalf, publish to platforms you connect, send transactional emails, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. AI processing

Prompts and assets you submit are sent to AI model providers strictly to fulfill your requests. We use multiple AI service providers, each with their own data retention and usage policies. We maintain agreements with these providers stipulating that our users' data will not be used to train new models, except when free-plan credits are used, in which case provider-default policies may apply.

4. Sharing

We share data only with subprocessors required to run the service (cloud hosting, AI inference, payment processing, email delivery) under contractual confidentiality.

5. Retention

We retain your content while your account is active. You can delete content at any time. Deleting your account removes personal data within 30 days, except where law requires retention (e.g. invoices).

6. Your rights

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted with role-based permissions. No system is perfectly secure; report issues to hello@vibbe.io.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app banner.
