Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Vibbe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Vibbe is an AI-powered content creation, scheduling, and automation platform for social media and other channels. Features may evolve over time.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account, including AI generations and publishing actions performed by agents you authorize.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Vibbe to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or violates the policies of platforms you connect (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

5. Browser-based automation disclaimer

Our optional Comments Automation feature uses cloud browsers to read comments / DMs and post replies on your behalf. Browser-based automation may violate the Terms of Service of social platforms. Possible consequences include rate limiting, content removal, shadow-banning, suspension, or termination of your social accounts — entirely at the platform's discretion.

You acknowledge that:

• You enable browser automation at your own risk.
• Vibbe is not responsible for actions taken by social platforms against your accounts.
• Daily action caps are applied as a safety guardrail but do not guarantee compliance.
• You will not use this feature for spam, harassment, or unlawful content.

6. AI-generated content

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before publishing. Vibbe makes no warranty regarding accuracy, originality, or fitness for purpose of generated content.

7. Credits and billing

Paid features consume prepaid credits. See our Refund Policy for details on unused vs. consumed credits.

8. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content and brand assets you upload. You grant Vibbe a limited license to process and display them solely to provide the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the platform or other users.

10. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Storage, credits and automatic deletion

Files stored in your media library consume credits daily. You may enable automatic cleanup to permanently delete assets older than a period you choose (90 days by default), and you may pin specific assets to be kept indefinitely; when automatic cleanup is disabled, no file is deleted automatically. If your credit balance is exhausted, we retain your stored files for up to 3 months and notify you; after that period the files may be permanently deleted without further notice. Pinned assets are exempt from scheduled cleanup but not from deletion after the 3-month grace period.
